グアテマラとコロンビアの中深煎りをベースにインドネシアWIB-1(ロブスタ)の“浅煎り”をブレンド。
あえてロブを“浅煎り”にするという技ありの一品で、独特なアーシー感を引き出しています。
グアテマラのフローラルな香りと優しい甘みを主体に、インドネシアロブのエキゾチックなアーシー感が舌に薄っすら広がります。
普通に美味しいけど、ちょっと良いコーヒー。そんな感覚にさせてくれます。
◯ここから面白い話、、、
ホットで淹れると、グアテマラが前面に出て非常に甘い。冷めても甘いです。
しかし、、、
アイス(急冷)にすると、苦味が前面に出てシャキッとした味になります。ロブスタが前に出てきます。
普通はアイスにするとホットの時よりも酸味が感じやすくなります。しかしこのブレンドは苦くなります。
ブレンドのバランス感覚がものを言います。

A blend of medium-dark roasts from Guatemala and Colombia with a light roast of Indonesian WIB-1 (Robusta).
This skillfully crafted Robusta coffee is lightly roasted, bringing out its unique earthy notes.

This coffee is simply delicious, but also a little better. That's the feeling it gives you.

When brewed hot, the Guatemalan flavor comes to the forefront and is very sweet. It remains sweet even when cooled.
However...
When iced (rapidly cooled), the bitterness comes to the forefront, creating a crisp taste. The Robusta comes to the forefront.
Normally, iced coffee has a more noticeable acidity than hot. However, this blend is bitter.
The balance of the blend is crucial.
