2022年にホンジュラスの国旗が明るいブルーに変更されました。
普通のマルカラではありません。
なんと、この“記念すべき年に摘まれた”生豆を仕入れました。

もちろんバッキバキのスペシャルティです。
難しい話は避けますが、Qグレードで高得点を叩き出した豆になります。
ホンジュラスが変化の年なので農園も気合いが入ったのでしょうか。まあわかりませんけど。

とにかく美味しいってことです。

味わいは、
明るい酸味が感じられ、ウォッシュトのクリーンさも相まって意外とサッパリしています。
香りもキツくなく、清涼感があるイメージ。シトラスフレーバーにも感じられます。非常にバランスの良いコーヒーです。
