エチオピア主体の華やかな香りに、ホワイトチョコレートのようなクリーミーな質感。アフターは甘い余韻が続くように焙煎。

大地の息吹を感じるかのような荒々しさを秘めている、そんな大胆な味わいでありながら、優しく柔らかい印象に仕上がっています。

また、長期エイジングにも向いており、甘みや質感が増して、全体的にまとまった印象になっていきます。
