浅煎りに仕上げることで、豆本来の風味やテロワールをダイレクトに感じられます。
フレーバーは、とにかくフローラルで華やか。それでいてスッと飲みやすくあとクセのない味わいです。フルーティとはまた違った印象で、柑橘系のトロピカルさも持ち合わせています。

また、焙煎の腕の見せ所になりますが、浅煎りながらも豆らしい“甘み”を感じることができます。

This coffee also has a sweetness that is characteristic of the beans, which is where the skill of the roaster comes into play.
