京都のコーヒー文化からインスピレーションを受けて創作いたしました。

フレーバーは、とにかくフローラルで華やか。それでいてスッと飲みやすくあとクセのない味わいです。フルーティとはまた違った印象ですが、酸味は柑橘系のトロピカルさも持ち合わせています。

また、焙煎の腕の見せ所になりますが、浅煎りながらも豆らしい“甘み”を感じることができます。
