フレーバーは、
レモングラス、ハーブを感じさせる香り、ストーンフルーツ系、黄桃のようなジューシーさがあります。
また質の良い豆は、浅煎りでもしっかりとしたボディ感、トロッとした口当たりが楽しめます。

当店は中深煎り以上をお求めのお客様が多いですが、どうしても店主がスペシャルティよりのコーヒーを飲みたく作ってしまいました。
